The Appointment
After getting to talk on the phone or receiving your application through the website, we will set an appointment that best fits your schedule.
We can visit during the morning or evening, heat or snow, our schedules are very flexible.
(We will assure to follow all safety precautions during Covid-19.)
The Signing
After assessing the property & choosing to move forward, we sign a purchase contract to get the process started.
From there, we take the contract to the title company & a title officer then gets in contact with you to assure you stay informed throughout the whole process.
The Closing
Typically a week after the initial signing, the final step is to sign the closing documents.
The Money
You then collect your money. The title company can either wire it to your account or mail you a check. Cha-Ching!
